A Diverse Student Body
FCC welcomes students from around the world. Their presence contributes to the exchange of cultures, ideas and influences and ultimately foster creativity. FCC is approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services for non-immigrant students and is authorized to issue Certificates of Eligibility (Form I-20MN).
Special Information For International Applicants
International students studying at Fashion Careers College will enjoy an exciting and rewarding experience. Most students easily make the transition to living in America, but it is the responsibility of the student to be aware of certain rules and regulations which governs their stay in this country and pertains to their enrollment at Fashion Careers College.
FCC is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Certificate of Eligibility Form I-20MN must be used to obtain an M-1 student visa prior to entering the U.S. FCC usually cannot enroll applicants who enter the U.S. under another nonimmigrant visa status.
Nonimmigrants already in the United States on a valid nonimmigrant visa may be eligible to apply for a change of status to the M-1 visa while in the United States. Certain restrictions apply. Please contact the International Student Advisor for further details about changing your status from your current nonimmigrant status. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) regulations do not allow M-1 students currently in the United States to change their M-1 status to F-1 status while in the United States.
